We really appreciate the amount of interest in our work. As a very small team we are unable to respond to all emails so will no longer be replying to emails asking for general therapy advice or asking about individual therapy unless we can offer you a place. If you need a therapist, you can contact one of our friends, here.

training with us, mentoring and to ask for recommendations of Trauma Informed Yoga teachers.

Unfortunately we are only very occasionally taking on new therapy clients. The waiting list is closed. We are unable to reply to most emails about this unless we think we can offer you a place.
